This program is for swimmers who are on their high school varsity team and cannot attend all Hammerhead practices and meets.

Our 2 day program is for swimmers who are interested in learning the fundamentals of competitive swim but are not ready or able to commit to a full week of practice and swim meets. Must be at least 8 years old and be able to swim the length of the pool unassisted.
