Our Black Group is for experienced swimmers who are dedicated athletes that demonstrate competent technique and a strong work ethic. This group trains 4 days a week for 1.5 hours with a focus on peak performance.

Description

Swimmers in this group are expected to demonstrate solid proficiency in all four competitive strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly) and a strong commitment to challenging themselves, improving their technique, and pursuing personal bests as swimmers.  

Practices are M-TH from 6:00-7:30PM

If you register for this program you MUST sign up for a Premium USA Swim Membership. A premium membership is $90 paid to USA Swim through their website. Please go to the Documents section of our website for instructions on how to do this. If your child does not have a current USA Swim membership they will not be allowed to practice.
(If you've already gone to swim meets with Hammerheads and know you have a current USA Swim membership you will be given instructions by Coach Beth when it is time to renew.)
