Description

Our blue group is for swimmers who have a working knowledge of both freestyle and backstroke and the ability to train 4 days a week for 1 hour.

Practices are not mandatory but encouraged.

In order to be eligible your child must be at least 8 years old. If your swimmer has never been taught a  competitive swim stroke they should sign up for our 2 day program where the basics are learned.

Practices are M-TH from 6:00-7:00PM

If you register for this program you MUST sign up for a Premium USA Swim Membership. A premium membership is $90 paid to USA Swim through their website. Please go to the Documents section of our website for instructions on how to do this. If your child does not have a current USA Swim membership they will not be allowed to practice.
(If you've already gone to swim meets with Hammerheads and know you have a current USA Swim membership you will be given instructions by Coach Beth when it is time to renew.)
